EXPERIENCED, DYNAMIC PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDED FOR GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN SHREVEPORT!
We are seeking a hard-working, outgoing professional with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to join our management team.
Our ideal candidate must have property management experience. Strong attention to detail and sales ability is a must. Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing Laws required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Industry-related software required. High school diploma required; some college a plus. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Job expectations include:
* Management of on-site team.
* Lead maintenance staff in organizing "make ready" turn overs. (communicating status of "make ready" list to corporate office)
* Daily checks of the property grounds for cleanliness and overall appearance.
* Responsible for leasing and application processing.
* Responsible for record-keeping.
* Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel.
* Excellent communication/people skills are a must.
