This is a unique, collaborative position that allows candidates to co manage with another property manager. This position was developed based on need; a large multifamily property with a number of areas for improvement; occupancy, collections, marketing, expense control, make ready production, maintenance, customer service, resident retention, and curb appeal. This is a distressed property that needs superior leadership. Filling the Associate Manager position is the final piece of the puzzle that will lead to the property’s success. Candidates must have prior multifamily experience as either a Property Manager or Assistant Manager to be considered for this opportunity. Ideal candidates will have worked in a setting that has dealt with one or more of the challenges listed above. They will be hardworking, able to multitask, lead a team, have excellent customer service, be able to think on their feet, think outside the box, come up with multiple ways to solve a problem, resolve resident issues, prioritize daily tasks, be highly organized, have a positive attitude while facing adversity, able to work with a cool head when faced with angry clients, have a sense of urgency, and truly love what they do. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to repeatedly climb stairs.
